SPARC was envisioned as a next-generation sports performance and recovery gym located in Beltsville, focused on blending elite athletic training, recovery services, and community-driven wellness under one brand ecosystem.

My project scope included building the early brand and marketing strategy for the SPARC gym, including social media, website design, gym design direction, and foundational go-to-market planning.
